At PALS, we are committed to the principle that individuals with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties and/or Autism have the right to have Choice and Control in their own lives. We are driven to facilitate the achievement of fulfilling and engaging lives for these individuals through the provision of professional support across various environments.
PALS Ltd is an innovative Service Provider founded in 2006 by Kirk Wells to provide specialist 1:1 support for people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or Autism.
PALS was the first to combine Learning Support with Social Care, and we are proud that our model is now being used by others. We continue to innovate, collaborate, and adapt to meet the evolving needs of those we support.
PALS received the 'Putting People First Award' for the East of England in both 2010 and 2014. Additionally, we were National Finalists in 2011 and 2015, and became regional finalists once more in 2024. In 2020/21 Kirk was extended the distinguished opportunity to join the panel of judges for the award. These accolades demonstrate our ongoing commitment to providing first-class specialist services.
PALS has a dedicated and experienced team with passionate leadership. We aim for all Service Users to feel welcome, comfortable, and enjoy their day regardless of their physical or Cognitive ability.
